Reservations
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancellation Policy:
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of check-in, a partial refund may be granted, deducting the cost of the first night and applicable fees. Refund for Early Departure:
Guests who check out earlier than planned will receive a refund for unused nights, provided they notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance of their early departure.

Payment
- Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise specified.

- Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled before departure.

Pets

- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

No Smoking Policy
- Starlight Stays is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and vaping, is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Violation Penalty: If smoking is detected in your room or any indoor area, a cleaning fee of $300 will be charged to your account. This fee is non-negotiable and will be applied to cover the cost of deep cleaning and odor removal.

Conduct
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and respect the hotel property and other guests.
